PULSE - GET WET!! Campaign Photoshoot 2022

GET WET!! - PULSE Social Wellbeing Campaign

Story & Concept: Since I was little, my mama always worried when it rains and somehow things I learned from the past made me believe that getting wet is not a good thing, it makes people worry and people around me made me afraid to get wet.
But i have grown up now and living in a big beautful city with a lot of beautiful people. I have better awareness and knowledges. I am confident and I know that I deserve to be happy, I have decided that getting wet can make me happy and I have decided "I am not afraid to GET WET."

PULSE launches this new campaign "(Not afraid to) GET WET!!) to raise awareness for, and help provide access to healthcare that destigmatize sex, challenge the norms and provide solutions for better living with confidence. Also, Look! Songkran is coming and we miss getting wet during Songkran. Doesn't matter if the festival will happen or not, it's Songkran people are going to get wet.

How to GET WET with confidence:

  1. Get Tested
For a lot of people who never get tested until they are in their 30's, it is best to get tested. Ideally everyone in the world should get tested before they start having relationship or sex. Do you know that 10% of young gay men age 14-24 in Bangkok tested positive for HIV in the recent study.
  2. Get Tested Regulary
How often we have to get tested depends on how risky our lifestyle is. For those who have high risk it is recommended to get tested every 3 months. Those with medium risk are suggested to get tested every 6 months or twice a year. Those with low risks should get tested at least once a year. Those whose life doesn't have risks do not exist or either already dead or not yet born. So let's remember to start your great big city life with getting tested (regularly)
  3. Get PrEP or PEP
Nobody wants to be infected with anything but love. There are pre and post exposure prevention for HIV and some other STIs. Please remember HIV PrEP, HIV PEP which works to prevent HIV, Doxy PEP and DOXY PrEP which work to prevent common STIs like Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.
  4. Get protected, condoms and lubricant are free at every PULSE branches
