Who can receive COVID-19 test and travel certificate services 

1. Any person who is travelling and need COVID-19 PCR test 
2. Any person who has NO risks or exposure history to patient(s) diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days,
3. Must not have a fever and respiratory tract infection symptoms.
4. Must not have COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, loss of smell, loss of taste, red-eye, skin rash, and diarrhea)

1. Yes, Order with us and we will delivery it to you. We also provide Home and Hotel visit too.

How to request for COVID-19 test/certificate

1. Carefully read travel regulations/requirements from the destination country and airline to determine which type of test is needed and how many hours prior to the flight.
2. Determine which type of certificate that you will need for the trip (based on country and airline regulation)
3. We perform 2 different valid test methods which are
   • the standard PCR-based analysis (RT-PCR)
   • the rapid antigen-based test (RDT) for other purposes than the Fit-to-Fly certificate

5. From 1 June 2021 onwards, our clinic will provide COVID-19 test at 1. PULSExpress at BTS Phromphong, 2. PULSE Clinic - Silom, 3. PULSE Clinic - Sukhumvit 13, 4. PULSE Clinic - Patong Beach, Phuket, 5. PULSE Clinic - Chonburi, Pattaya 6. EU Health and Wellness - Asoke  
6. We accept walk-in patients and we prefer patients with appointments.

On appointment day

1. Please arrive at the clinic at least 15 minutes before the appointed time to complete the document and fill out Fit-to-Fly assessment forms. 
2. Please show your booking confirmation email and a confirmed flight ticket to our staff. 
3. Please also bring a copy of your passport for accurate data entering.
4. When you visit our clinic, you will see a receptionist who will walk you through the process. The whole process will take 30 minutes.

COVID-19 test and the result

1. COVID-19 PCR test results will be available within 6PM next day if you get test before 1PM.
2. COVID-19 Anti-body/Antigen test (for other purposes than the Fit-to-Fly certificate) results will be available within 20 minutes.
3. After testing, you will receive 2 documents.
   
   • COVID-19 test report.
   • Fit-to-Fly medical certificate. (Only when you do the COVID-19 PCR test, not the rapid antigen-based test.)
4. Our laboratories are certified and provide the tests that meet the standards for pre-departure testing. The COVID-19 PCR test lab report and medical certificate can be used as your travel documents.
5. The Fit-to-Fly medical certificate will include all these informations: your name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, testing method, and test result. It will also state whether you have any COVID-19 related symptoms or not.
6. The Fit-to-Fly medical certificate and original COVID-19 test report will be ready to pick up or send to your provided address or email, regarding the time mentioned above.
7. The COVID-19 test report and the Fit-to-Fly medical certificate will be issued in English.

NOTE

• Please note that we provide the Fit-to-Fly certificate when you do the COVID-19 PCT test, not the antigen test. If the airline accepts the Fit-to-Fly certificate from the antigen test, we can provide the certificate with the additional fee of 500THB.
• Right now, we use the Rapid Antigen test from Abbott, a leader in rapid point-of-care diagnostics, which has high performance and is very reliable. The sensitivity is 91.4% and specificity is 99.8%. You can see detail here in this link. 
• If the rapid antigen test reports positive, you will need to confirm the result with the real time RT-PCR, and the expense will be on you.
• The cost for the test PCR test including the test, doctor fee, hospital fee, and medical certificate. You will need to pay on the day you visit us.

Certificate for COVID19-free symptom

• Due to the current situation of COVID-19 in Thailand and a high proportion of mild symptoms and asymptomatic cases, we do not issue the certificate stating that you are free of COVID-19 infection. Therefore, you will always need to get tested either with the real time RT-PCR for Fit-to-Fly certificate or rapid antigen test for other purposes. • We cannot guarantee that you will get the COVID-19 certificate as you requested. The decision to give/not give a medical certificate will depend on our doctor's professional consideration. We also cannot guarantee that you will get the certificate on time and that our certificate will be considered as 'a green light' in all circumstances. We accept no responsibility for any loss or any consequence for this matter.

• Positive for COVID-19 means that you can not travel as you planned.
• If it’s positive, you will have to be referred and admitted to the hospital for Tropical Diseases, other private or public hospital or hospitel (designated hotel) or stay at your place waiting for the assigned healthcare facilities according to the regulations of Thailand's Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA).
• If you test positive for COVID rapid antigen test, you will have to get swabbed and tested for real time RT-PCR to confirm the diagnosis by the hospital, NOT at our clinic. All the expenses will be on you.
• For safety reason: If you have contacted someone who is infected with COVID-19 or has any fever or any COVID-19 related symptoms, or at risk of COVID-19 infection; you have to visit a fever/ARI clinic. Please do not visit our clinic.
