Anti-viral (HIV prevention, treatment and Hepatitis C treatment) medication pricelist (updated December 2022)

Because there are a lot of people receiving HIV prevention (PrEP, PEP) and HIV treatment with PULSE CLINIC Thailand, we would like to make life easier for everyone who are looking for the good healthcare that we deserve. We have launched patient's guidelines to help our clients understand the process better.

Things to keep in mind about HIV medications

1. HIV medications are not candies. It should be prescribed by the licensed doctor in your country. And it should be taken as prescribed.
2. Since HIV medications are prescribed medication, you should have prescription from your doctor to refill it.
3. People living with HIV or HIV positive people need treatment on a daily basis. If they miss their dose for at least 2 weeks, it might cause drug resistant HIV and it might spread worldwide.
4. Before taking PrEP and PEP, everyone must get tested for HIV first to confirm negative HIV status, if someone with HIV and doesn't get tested so he/she doesn't get tested and take PrEP, it might cause drug resistant problem and spread around the world as well.

ON THE PRESCRIPTION MATTERS

1. If you already have prescription from licensed doctor, you can use it to buy medication from PULSE CLINIC at the clinic or on our online platforms. The prescription must include;
   1. Full name and family of the patient and must be the same as the name on the passport.
   2. Hospital number of the clinic/hospital you received prescription from.
   3. Name and contact of the clinic/hospital you received prescription from. (Don't worry we don't contact them if no drama happened)
   4. Signature or seal of the doctor and license number of the doctor who issued the prescription.
   5. Date of prescription
   6. name of medication, and the quanity of medication 
2. If you don't have the prescription yet, PULSE doctors can help you get one (doctor fee for prescription service at PULSE Thailand is 500THB).
3. PULSE can prescribe for you up to 12 months per visit. In case you're living abroad and it's not convenient to come visit your doctor at PULSE more than once a year.
4. You can download application E-Doc and get prescription online. PULSE online system works with E-Doc and once we have prescription online, our clinic can dispense your medication according to the prescription.
