Who is eligible to use PULSE Teleconsult?
Existing patients and new patients of PULSE Clinics for non-emergency consultations.
Will medical certificates (MC) be issued?
Medical certificates can be issued at the doctor's discretion.
How do I make payment?
After the consultation, we will issue an invoice for you to pay via FAST bank transfer, Credit card payment, or online payment.
How do I get my medication?
Your medication will be delivered to your address. You must verify your identity by presenting your identification card to receive the medication.
Conditions suitable for teleconsult?
*Conditions that require emergency medical attention are not suitable for teleconsulting.
Will there be a prescription fee?
No. For teleconsult, there's no prescription fee.
