• Hotel/Home visit fee for doctor visit: upon booking 6,200 THB must be trransfered/paid by cash or credit card to sustain the project (fee for administrative services, medical doctor, and other operating expenses).
• Hotel/Home visit fee for nurse/medical technician visit: upon booking 3,950 THB must be transfered/paid by cash or credit card to sustain the project (fee for administrative services, medical doctor, and other operating expenses).

PULSE CLINICS provide Home/Hotel visit brings confidential health check up including travel medicine, general practice, sexual health and STI testing to you. You may prefer to get tested in the comfort and privacy of your own home, making our home/hotel/residence service perfect for you. This STI testing option is available in all the countries we serve across the South East Asia. This includes Bangkok, Phuket, Singpore, Kuala Lumpur. 

How does it work?

Instead of getting tested at one of PULSE CLINICS’s private sexual health clinics in the South East Asia, the Home/Hotel Visit service gives you the choice of getting tested at home or other suitable location of your choice. PULSE CLINICS will send a qualified doctor or nurse or both to you and they will offer consultation, physical examination and collect your samples and send them to our fully certified laboratory for fast, accurate testing and provide the accurate treatment accordingly. Please have the appropriate address ready when you are arranging your private appointment. 

Your confidential results will be available online within one to five working days following the arrival of your samples at the laboratory. PULSE CLINICS’s health advisors will contact you once all your results are ready to report. You can also view your results using PULSE CLINICS’s secure patient area. This online service will display your results as soon as they are available.

Where else can I get tested?

A private nurse visit to your home may not be comfortable for you. You can choose to meet your experienced PULSE CLINICS nurse at a different address. All we ask is that the place is clean, safe and has access to handwashing facilities.

This could be a close friend or family member’s house, your place of work, a local hotel or any other place where you feel most comfortable providing your samples for your test or screen.
