Reasons to Choose HIV Treatment in Thailand

Affordable  ✔ Advanced Accessible

Thailand follows advanced, high-standard HIV treatment and prevention guidelines. As the third country worldwide to offer immediate HIV treatment regardless of CD4 count, we aim to reduce morbidity, co-infections, cancer risk, and transmission.

At PULSE CLINIC, our 'Same Day ART' program allows clients to begin treatment on the day of diagnosis, ensuring faster care for those ready and willing.

We recommend a thorough consultation and physical examination with our expert doctors, who will help you choose the most suitable antiretroviral regimen and provide essential advice for maintaining long-term health."

More and more positive people from everywhere are transferring their treatment from other hospitals/countries to Pulse Clinic in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and Chiang Mai. Of course you can do that. Please read below regarding the process you can easily follow.

  1. Book your appointment.
  2. Bring your medical records with you to your appointment
  3. Have a consultation with one of our doctors

Here is what you should prepare before your appointment:

  • If you're coming from another hospital, please bring all your medical records. Most hospitals provide these for free.
  • When you visit PULSE Clinic, show your records to your doctor. They will review your information and continue your treatment plan.
  • As per national guidelines for HIV treatment and prevention, follow-ups will occur every six months. During these visits, we’ll check your HIV viral load, CD4 count, fasting lipid profile, liver and kidney function, complete blood count, and perform a urinalysis.

At PULSE Clinic, we prioritized quality and holistic care for your condition. We will take care of your 6 to 12 months of medications.

A referral letter and medical records can help your transfer go more smoothly, as our doctor will be familiar with your current history and know what to do next.
