Cervical cancer caused by Human Papilloma Virus or HPV infection around the cervix which is from various risk factors such as

• having sex by #genital, #anus, #mouth
• the use of #SexToy together
• directly infection from the open wounds
• having multiple sexual partners may put you at risk of meeting someone who has been infected before as well
• having sex at a young age, including getting pregnant at a young age

How we test and diagnose #CervicalCancer

1. ThinPrep cervical cancer screening by collecting cells around the cervix with a specific device > inserting into a bottle of ThinPrep > taking it to the laboratory.
2. HPV DNA Test is an in-depth DNA test. HPV can be found in the early stages of cervical cancer. This makes it possible to prevent it before HPV develops into cervical cancer. It is extremely accurate and works best when combined with a ThinPrep test.

Preparing for #CervicalCancer screening

• Get the examination about 1 week after your period.
• Avoid having sex about 3 days before the examination.
• Avoid vaginal douching and suppository within 48 hours before the examination.
• If abnormalities in the cervix are detected, continuous follow-up treatment is required.
• Should be screened for cervical cancer regularly, even if the infection is not found
