1. Register with our staff at the reception

2. Please sit back and relax, our staff will call you once we're ready

3. Receiving service you booked for. Either consultation with our medical doctor or counselor, PULSEXpress laboratory testing without seeing a doctor, refill medication, etc

4. Once the service is done, you can complete payment at the counter. We accept credit card payment, bank transfer and cash.

5. If you are prescribed with medication, you can receive it in our clinic.
