Getting your medication on time is important. As part of our initiative to provide better patient care to our patients, we are now providing delivery service to your doorstep – Anywhere in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

PULSE CLINICs are offering PULSE Telemedicine & Teleconsult. This teleconsult service allows our current patients and new patients to connect with our doctors from 16 branches across 6 countries during clinic operating hours for non-emergency consults. After assessment and consultation, we will also deliver your medications straight to your doorstep.

 

What you need to know before using Dispensary and Delivery Service

  1. This service is only for patients registered at our clinics
  2. All prescriptions must first be verified by our medical staff
  3. We will deliver on the next working day on the following schedule

    Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holiday) 
    10.00 am  – 6.00 pm
    There will be no delivery on Sunday & Public Holidays

  4. In case of emergency and you really need our help, be nice! do not put too much pressure on our hard-working young and beautiful staff!
    We can help you by delivering on the same day.
    Monday to Sunday (Domestic delivery only) 
    10.00 am  – 6.00 pm
    *Additional charge applies for emergency cases
    **Additional charge applies for delivery requested after 6.00PM

3 Easy Breezy Steps!

  1. Connect with us
    Either on Whatsapp, Line App to Chat with us or call us to talk with our staff to make a request for teleconsult
    Tell us your name, family name, date of birth, phone number, email address registered with the clinic so we can double check and verify your request.
    Also tell us your medication name, dosage and quantity
    Also tell us your delivery address.

  2. Verification & Consultation
    We will verify your medical records and confirm your prescription
    Depending on your orders, there will be a prescription charge

  3. Complete Payment
    After the verification, we will issue you an invoice to make your payment via FAST bank transfer, Credit card payment or Promptpay.

  4. Delivery
    After we have received your payment, we will deliver your medication the next working day.

 

What are the Delivery Hours?

  1. We will deliver on the next working day on the following schedule

    Monday to Saturday (Except Public Holiday) 
    10.00 am  – 6.00 pm
    There will be no delivery on Sunday & Public Holidays

Terms and Conditions:
  1. This service is only for patients registered at our clinics.
  2. Medication should be a repeat or partially filled prescription with a prescription fee as listed on the table above.
  3. A request should not contain controlled drugs or highly temperature-sensitive drugs.
  4. Additional charges for bulky and heavy items apply.
  5. Additional charges for unprepared patients, emergency refill and delivery request after 6PM.
  6. An INVOICE of the purchase (inclusive of prescription fee and delivery charges) will be sent to the patient and payment needs to be made prior to delivery
  7. Damaged goods to be reported within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange of goods. No exchanges will be entertained 24 hours after delivery.
  8. There will be no refunds allowed.

Similar to the in-clinic consultation, the consultation fees are as follows:

Standard/ First Consultation

  • Monday to Saturday – $39 ~ $67
  • Sunday – $56 ~ $91

As per usual in-clinic charges.

An islandwide* flat delivery fee of $16.10.

Who is eligible to use PULSE Teleconsult?

Existing patients and new patients of PULSE Clinics for non-emergency consultations.

Will medical certificates (MC) be issued?

Medical certificates can be issued at the doctors discretion.

How do I make payment?

After the consultation, we will issue an invoice for you to make your payment via FAST bank transfer, Credit card payment, online payment.

How do I get my medication?

Your medication will be delivered to your address. To receive the medication, you will have to verify your identity by presenting your identification card. click here to find out more information on medication delivery

Conditions suitable for teleconsult?

*Conditions that require emergency medical attention are not suitable for teleconsult.
